A great experience. We were there on Saturday with the Rotary club, 20 people. Highly professional planning and execution. Very tasty, inventive menu, prices reasonable, service super personable. What I particularly liked was the praiseworthy implementation of the hygiene concept. Didn't bother at all - so it works :)

Nice little restaurant that has something to say. We were thrilled by the opportunity to get a vegan menu apart from the fast food available everywhere. Plus a really nice service and prices that made sense. If the weather permits to sit in the small garden, we will come back again.

Enjoyed an autumn menu there, which was extremely tasty, with wine accompaniment. Before there were homemade rolls with aromatic pesto, followed by a creamy celery soup with home-made salmon, the consistency was on point. This was followed by a tuna sashimi with delicious herbs, the tuna was lightly cooked, consistency and taste simply fantastic, the herbs gave the whole thing a special whistle. Then came braised ox cheeks on boletus / blueberry risotto, a warm poem of flavors. At the end there was a bread pudding with cinnamon cherries and walnut ice cream on walnut brittle, topped with angel hair. My wife and I were very excited. Have eaten here several times now, and have been each time We were enthusiastic, we always choose the menu, accompanied by wine. Asparagus menu and summer menu are awesome. Restaurant is highly recommended if you appreciate good cuisine.

Good food also vegan. To recommend everything

The white house is located in one of the old captains' houses. It is correspondingly small on the inside. However, the "winter garden" was also expanded as a guest room, so that there are a total of about 10 tables. The interior is maritime and as soon as you enter the restaurant you feel comfortable. The white house serves a modern kitchen with exquisite ingredients. The menu consists of a few dishes and is differentiated between lunch and dinner. I was a guest there at lunchtime and was warmly welcomed by the staff. In advance there was wonderful tuna sashimi with a miso marinade and a main course with a Parmesan risotto with fried fillet from the day's catch. Super delicious, very nicely arranged. The overall concept in this restaurant is just right. It's not for every day, it's too expensive for that, but if you want to treat yourself, it's great!

Very good food in a beautiful atmosphere. The service person was alone, but he was very relaxed, super accommodating and attentive and even having a bite to eat. Super :)

Today we had the great pleasure of ordering the Hamburger Abendblatt "Lieblings-Menü" at the White House. Unfortunately, our expectations were not met in the beginning. Qualitatively there is nothing wrong with the food. The service, however, left something to be desired, that the entire evening in a negative mood tipped. The waiter assigned to us was nice, but missed his job completely. Nothing worked! The corridors were completely confused, we sat for 45 minutes literally on dry land without drinks. Between the first course and the soup went 60! Minutes. Our next table waited from 19: 00h to 20: 45h until the first course was finally served. Bad disappointment and certainly never again!

Small quaint restaurant in a beautiful restored house in nice area. However, this is the only positive side of this place. Rude and arrogant attitude of the waiter. Really unprofessional. In addition, he insisted on us paying cash to avoid the credit card fees, and made a big fuzz about it. Would I recommend going there? No, unless it is the only place open in the surroundings.

We made reservations beforehand and opted for the asparagus menu. It was excellent, we didn't regret it. See pictures. The service was very good with explanations of the different wines, we chose the menu with wine accompaniment. The glasses were also filled properly. As a main course we once had the pikeperch fillet and the ox fillet, the meat was wonderfully tender and excellently prepared. The price for the complete menu including wine accompaniment is just under € 60 per person, which is reasonably appropriate. First of all there were freshly baked rolls with a gimmick made of different olive oil, which we didn't like so much now. But it was a nice gimick. We like to come back and try other menus.

The booking experience at Das weiße Haus was good! My experience on the day of our dinner was good and bad! Bad: The staff at the day was from a customer experience rude. We arrived 15min later then booked. Our greeting was: finally you are here. We were a group of several people. The staff seemed on edge the entire night and behaved like robots with little or no personalised service. Good: The food was great and the location is unique Would we recommend the place to friends? No we wouldn’t because we didn’t feel appreciated. If you look at the other reviews it seems a consistent concern of customers. I don’t feel the efforts have been made to change that!!!

Great little restaurant on the Elbe. There are very few free parking spaces on site. The food is upscale and comes to the table with a certain star flair. Top service that rounds off the dining experience. The prices are high but fair for what is offered.

A true star cuisine. We had a hamburg kulinarisch menu with a different wine served to every dish. We loved every piece of it. The wasabi sorbet, the marinaded tuna, the crepes. The place is small and cosy, gives a family feeling. It's a bit pricey, but definitely worth a visit!
